Cancellation & Refunds Policy

If you’re experiencing an issue that’s preventing you from enjoying our product/service, we’d like to offer our assistance before processing a refund.
Please take a moment to submit an email to saifuddin@almufaddal.com and allow us 24-72 hours to respond to your request. We strive to reply as quickly as possible, often much faster than the stated time frame.
By giving us a chance to address your concern, we may be able to resolve the issue and continue providing you with excellent service.
We provide a fully functional 7 day FREE trial of our WhatsApp API services which we provide. We also offer complete onboarding training and support for the service.
If you are not satisfied with the features and/or trial of the product/service, you are free to cancel the trial before the 7-Day trial period. But once you opt for a paid subscription either monthly or yearly, then there is no refund.
However, you may choose to cancel the ongoing subscription, before the renewal date is due and you will not be billed for the next subscription.
A refund is ONLY possible in the event that the product/service you acquired from our website proves to be entirely non-functional.
No refunds will be offered for services or message credits which are not used.
If refunds are issued for any reason, Refunds can take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
